I’m not your average personal trainer — and that’s exactly what makes my approach different.

My passion for fitness began when I was just seven years old, tumbling across gym floors as a young gymnast. That early love for movement sparked something deep in me — and it’s shaped every chapter of my life since.

Today, I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in pre and postnatal fitness, prehabilitation, and rehabilitation. But my work goes far beyond sets and reps. I’ve helped hundreds of women rebuild their strength — physically and emotionally — through coaching that is compassionate, structured, and deeply personal.

I’ve taught at two colleges in Canberra, and I’ve studied health coaching, nutrition, and psychology — giving me the tools to listen deeply, understand fully, and guide with empathy. I work closely with women navigating panic attacks, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and disordered eating. This isn’t just a profession — it’s heart work.

My life experience is as diverse as my qualifications. I’ve worked in government, cheffed in professional kitchens, and studied Fine Arts. I’m a painter, a trained caregiver, and I’ve supported both of my grandparents through dialysis and lung failure. And most proudly, I’m a mother of four young, wild, wonderful boys — so I understand the real-world challenges of motherhood, identity, and self-care.

What I offer is more than fitness. It’s a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and supported — wherever you’re starting from. My coaching is about rebuilding from the inside out: body, mind, and nervous system. No shame. No pressure to be perfect. Just real tools for lasting change.

If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it — someone who will walk beside you, challenge you with kindness, and help you reconnect with your strongest self — you’re in the right place.

“The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen.”
